Media Players with cool visualizations/other things

I'm looking for a media player with the following:

- Really awesome fullscreen visualizations (keeping in mind my system specs below)
- The ability to auto-shutdown my computer after a playlist or queue is finished
- The ability to change tracks using the keyboard (preferably without breaking fullscreen)
- Doesn't have an enormous footprint
- Is free

Generally because I like to listen to music before I sleep sometimes, and if I don't feel like headphones it's nice to have some pretty colors to lull off to (plus it's nice if I have people over and music playing).

Some info:

I'm running an ancient single core 2.6GHz system with a gig of RAM and a 512MB 8400GS, my monitor supports up to 1360x768/720p, and I'm running Windows XP. I've just been sticking with Windows Media Player 9 lately, but it's visuals are kind of lame and it doesn't really do anything else on the list.

All of my media is stored locally, and the majority is in simple .mp3 format, so I don't need to worry about streaming performance or format support too much.

Any recommendations?
