Din on the other hand looks wimpy for the goddess of power. (must be the camera)
And Nayru needs to lay off the donuts. (camera added 10 pounds)

I don't know if these are an accurate visual representation of how they look in the game or whatever. But I think you would have been better off making power the largest of the three, rather than the smallest. It just seems more appropriate to me.

Cake: In the game they are golden statues with rave fire. That's a little more bizarre. I think some of the red blended in the black some... i can see a thin layer of red.
Don't worry, It looks alright. I think you could have done more, but it's a good try.

My suggestion would be that it would read better if you painted their figures. That way they'd look like goddesses and not three components of a fabulous comet rainbow.
Din isn't actually any larger or smaller than the other two... they actually look roughly the same size in person, I think that's probably just the camera.
Good call on the text, this is the first time I've done a set of paintings, and I hadn't even made that consideration. I'll have to keep it in mind for next time.
This isn't a new painting. I did it over a year ago, but I've never posted it anywhere, and I got such good feedback on my OOT paintings that I thought I'd post this one here as well:
There's no rule against it but it's generally considered to be good etiquette to keep your stuff in a single thread unless there's a good reason to split things up. If you had one thread for a webcomic you were working on and another for classical anatomy studies for example.
The golden goddesses thing would have been cool. Unfortunately I don't do a whole lot of painting, and I wasn't confident that I would be able to pull off the idols
Drawing the figures of the goddesses would have been cool, but i think these work pretty well. Though maybe a brighter background would have worked better. Perhaps a more purple toned bg, with faint clouds etc.
but yeah, all good.
*man, i wonder if the next wii zelda game is going to explain the concept of the goddesses again? considering miyamoto still works at nintendo, its 100% gaurenteed.

They look cool though.
But i've never played any of the zelda games
so...woooh

Is that possible?

Obviously, I didn't paint the substrate
Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't forumers only allowed one active thread at a time?
