For the past few weeks I've been having bad vaginal problems. During the week my tutti will get wet not sure if it's cause I get turned on or what, but it goes into my panties near my clitoris and then it dries like 20 minutes later and turns white also sometimes yellow. But I can't afford a OBGYN. I was wondering if anyone had any idea's on what it could be or suggestions. Also when me and my fiance have sex it stings and feels like he is ripping me, I know it's not a yeast infection because I've had my fair share of those. I have a some sort of problem with my tutti, I have periods only 2 times a year and I can't get pregnant, atm. I've also been tested for STD's But I sure could use a peace of mind.:?

Yeah but different colors can be hard to read/hard on the eyes.
Anyway, I'm not a doctor, but the symptoms you've described sound like one hell of an infection, and I would seriously consider either going to a free clinic (not for you) or driving to where there is one. (e: Beaten)
Call your doctor, explain your financial problems, and ask them to refer you somewhere that works with low-income populations. Can your fiancee help you pay for this? Your sexual health SHOULD be of some concern to him, if you have an infection of some kind it could potentially affect his health too.

this is really not a good substitute for a doctor's appointment. Save money and make one
does it smell?
women naturally discharge every day, and this can turn slightly yellow when exposed to air
might be any of a dozen STDS, or Trichomonas, or PID
I'm 20. I've been tested for std's and everything. I'll try to find a free clinic nearby. My fiancé is in the same money situation that I am. We live together. Sometimes it does smell, ATM I weigh 215 buy I've lost 14 lbs and currently losing more.
Looks like Destin isn't terribly far from Pensacola, which has a number of low-cost health care options.

When I was in for my pap test a few months ago they also did a test for common std's and other infections and it came back that I had a mild case of bactierial vaginosis. If I remember the symptoms correctly, it sounds like you might have a more severe case. It is very common and is just an overgrowth of bacteria that are normally found in the vagina. It is not an std so you can't pass it on to your fiance or anything like that, but it can be aggrivated by sex. The treatment is antibiotics (I don't remember which ones), either one larger dose one time or smaller doses for a week. I took the one-time option and it went away, no problems. Unfortunately, if this is what you have it means that you will have to see a doctor and get a perscription but it's better than letting it get worse and worse and causing further problems.
Only having a period twice a year at age 20 also sounds like a problem you should get checked out.
My wife recently got checked out for an irregular period (once every two months), and they're apparently not nearly as clockwork as one would think. She was told the gynecology department wouldn't even look at her unless she'd been without a period for at least a year.
That said, it would still be worth bringing it up when you do see a doctor. It's just nothing to get worried about right now.

Yeah, I mean, my gf also has really irregular periods - crazy stuff like "2 periods one month/6 weeks/month/whatever". A lot of times, irregular periods are caused by stress, etc. But I'm pretty sure she takes medication for it.
Still, twice a year sounds like something worth bringing up. It's probably nothing serious but it still sounds kind of unhealthy.

Sounds like fluconazole.
Also, general FYI for anyone prescribed antibiotics. Everyone has hard times, and being able to get some free meds is fantastic. Also, Walmart price matches, so just mention that it's free at Kroger, and they'll do the same. It'll also beat the living shit out of the prices you'd pay at Walgreens or CVS.
Are you taking any form of birth control? This could be fucking you up with the irregular periods thing.
Pill-form BC's generally used to regulate cycles, not the other way around. Although the shot/implant can cause no periods/rare ones/random spotting instead of a period.

Generally, but there can be exceptions with some women where even the pill can cause random spotting and rareness.

True. Honestly though, the OP just sounds like a combination of normal discharge and inadequate foreplay. The menstrual problems may be a separate thing, and if the OP is still a teenager they're not even necessarily a problem. Many women's cycles don't settle down properly until their early twenties.
The "can't get pregnant" thing is weird though, I'd like some context. OP, who told you that, and why?
Well, if you can't visit a doctor you could try the following possible solutions:
1. Stop drinkin alcohol right away.
2. Get a loan and purchase at the nearest drug store a pill of fluconazole 250mgs (single dosage) and take it, avoid alcohol for at least a week. Wash the area twice a day with a good intimate soap.
If number two does not correct the problem, get a 1 gram pill of an antibiotic called Azithromycin, and take it after a meal with a full glass of water. Keep in mind that you will need to consume yogurt for several days because this medication kills everything in your guts.
I am not a doctor, you may just ignore this advice.
Buena suerte.

I think it's a bad idea to combine antifungal and antibiotic drugs just because you don't know what kind of infection is causing it.
The smartest move would be going to a free clinic. Let someone drive you or use public transport.
If you read again what I wrote, I am not recommending to combine both. In any case, the OP cannot visit a doctor, she has provided symptons, and based on that I have contacted a doctor of flesh and bones regarding to this.

I just spoke with a doctor I work for, he said self medicating is a horrible idea and could lead to complications and, depending on what's going on, could end up making it worse or doing nothing but wasting a whole lot of money.
There are free clinics as HK5 has pointed out. Go to these.
Though, to me, it sounds just like what Cat said. Run of the mill discharge with normal hormonal imbalance of a teenager for sketchy periods. Is it increasing in amount? Is it itchy? Does it smell? Is it actually yellow itself, or just when it dries?
Fun fact, normal vaginal discharge can dry as white or yellow. Unless it's really stinky, a huge amount of it, or itches like fuck, it's probably nothing. Feel free to visit a doctor to confirm that.
Don't like 13 day long periods? Talk with a doctor about a BCP to help regulate.

Not sure where you live, but in the US you can't buy antibiotics without an RX. You also generally can't get loans to pay for that kind of thing.

Yes. But you still can't just walk into a drug store and get a gram of Azithromycin just by asking. Also, doctors will generally not give a single dose of anti-anythings unless you're already in a hospital and they're hanging an IV drip.

You're offering her medical advice over the internet. The only medical advice any of us are qualified to give is "go to a doctor."

Hey, I lived in Pcola for like... 14 years. I highly recommend the Good Samaritan Clinic in Gulf Breeze- it's where a lot of my friends went and I've heard many good things!
Sounds like an infection to me as well. Sorry. These sorts of things are never pleasant.
You may find stuff in the Vulvapedia to be helpful.
Going to the doctor however when unsure? Generally the best idea. It could be a Yeast Infection, it could be bacterial vaginosis. It could be nothing at all.
As for the periods, I use to get 14+ day periods, heavy the entire time and extremely painful. When you hit the clinic ask about birth control, you can use any method they helps you avoid a period, like continuous pills, depo provera, or even the Mirena IUD.
Get thee to the doctor, then hit up vagpag and learn about your girly bits.

go to ANY doctor
go to a free clinic, go SOMEWHERE
There is no free clinic where I live. You have to pay to see a doctor for what I'm asking them to check on.
It's that or go to the ER and take home a 4 figure bill.
Your choice!
we also talk about other random shit and clown upon each other
