Time to upgrade

So my current motherboard is getting old, it doesn't have a PCIe slot which makes it hard to upgrade the video card so I'm looking at replacing that and getting a new video card. My problem is that I haven't replaced a motherboard before and I want to make sure that my current hardware (minus the video card) will work with it. I have a Intel Pentium D CPU 3.2GHz (2 CPUs) and two 1 gig sticks of RAM (I'm looking at buying more RAM as well. What kind of motherboard should I be looking at?
I should also mention that http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c00621082&lc=en&cc=us&lang=&product=1847633&dlc= is my current computer except that I have replaced the power supply.

interestingly enough, you can get a fairly recent LGA775 board that will support both your RAM and processor.

Something like a GIGABYTE GA-G41M-ES2L will support your processor and DDR2 RAM.
