You guys ever heard of Kill Screen Magazine? This being the internet, I'm sure some of you knew about it a year ago, and are scoffing at your monitors.

Well, I didn't.

I read about it in GQ just now, and decided to check it out. It's a quarterly magazine that is ostensibly about video games. Examine it, and it seems to be something more. Imagine a blend between magazine features and "gamer culture" that Gabe and Tycho talk about so often. That's Kill Screen.

There are a couple of samples on the mainpage. And they're looking for writers. Some of you would have a fair shot of getting published, I bet.

This magazine seems pretty rad.

    Really? I liked the two they put up.

    Granted, I am somewhat of a nut for RE 1 and I always thought AI was piss-poor in many games.

    Orik, you are pretty much the dude I had in mind when I made this thread.

    I'm glad they have samples up now. I heard about the mag from a writer at Ubisoft, but their website didn't have shit on it. Looked like a fly-by-night.

    I'll have to work up a pitch. Thanks.
