So, I just about shat my pants. I was playing Arkham Asylum on my PC when all the sudden it artifacts. thinking maybe its just a software problem I exit to desktop. Oh no, little dots and shit! I turn off my baby and open it up. I had cleaned her recently, but when blowing out the gfxcard I notice a lot of dust. I can only assume its because of a recent move?
Anyhow. I clean it out and start it up. Everything looks normal.

If it was running hot because of the blockage and you cleared it, you're probably fine.
