Struggling with this. It doesn't look right and I can't figure out why, which parts are out of proportion, but as I'm drawing this in pencil I don't particularly want to have to start all over again. It's still really rough obviously, I think I'll end up tracing clean lines onto another sheet and then shading it.
Oh well, at least I drew something today.

That arm just looks really Escher. Does anyone else see that? The smaller man appears to be a full pace ahead of the larger in his step, and the arm reaching the waist that way makes it appear is if he's floating (or standing on some invisible pedestal).
I think what's creating that is the fingers curled around the far edge of the abdomen. A flat hand on the small of the back might be more convincing?
Its looking good, but the dude on the left looks like hes a little too far forward and short. Are you using a reference? It might be worth getting two people and snap a reference shot.
*Thats the only crit i could come up with, but i really had to 'look' at it to notice any dramas with scaling. Which arent really dramas at all.
