    Ok, new question.

    So I got my Skarmory, and if I put a Power Weight on him and killed a Slowpoke (which gives 1 HP EV), would I get 5 HP EVs?

    I did that on a yanma in about 15 minutes

    if you're going for IVs, it gets much harder

    I realize if I just wanted straight nature, it'd be easy. I have a host of Ditto just dying to pass off whatever nature they have.

    IV's take soo much longer. Just getting my Skarmory to have the right nature took the better part of a day.

    Oh man I'm so lucky I have the right hidden power for that switch

    I know HP can be real annoying, this pokemon wasn't RNG Abused if that helps at all.
    Someone chained for a shiny Gastly and got really lucky on the HP.
