Canadian Mobile Networks and Iphone switchage

I've done some research on my own but haven't had any luck. Does anyone know if it's possible to switch the carrier of an Iphone between Telus and Bell here in Canuckistan? I assume that since they're all just SIM-based it shouldn't be an issue but I'm certainly not 100% sure.
