Quick question about RAM

I have 2 x 1GB of KHX6400D2LL/1GN. Memory timing: 5-5-5-16.

I just got 2 x 1GB of KHX6400D2LL/1G (no N). Memory timing: 4-4-4-12.

I think all settings, other than memory timing, are identical. I can go into BIOS and change the memory timing on my RAM to match.

Do I want to set them all to 5-5-5-16, or 4-4-4-12?

Your BIOS should automatically detect and set itself to 5-5-5-16. It can only run as fast as the slowest module.
