Youtube Private Message limits?

Hi, not sure if anyone here can help me but anyway

For some reason, Youtube has taken away the ability to mass mail your subscribers. This is incredibly frustrating. I've been sending messages out one at a time, but after 60 it says I've sent too many. Does anyone know how long this limit is?

I'm not spamming randoms. I'm just updating my 400 or so subscribers on some information. I plan on making a video as well but a message would be a better method for this info.

    Well it seems to be resetting every hour. This is a real pain in the ass.

    You want "Post Bulletin" in the upper left of your channel.
