If two or more teams are equal on the basis of the above three criteria, their rankings will be determined as follows:

e) goal difference resulting from the group matches between the teams concerned;
f) greater number of goals scored in all group matches between the teams concerned;
g) drawing of lots by the FIFA Organising Committee.
So South Africa will go through if they get another goal and Uruguay gets another, or if they get 2 and Uruguay stays the same.
The teams involved in the final tie should each take shots from the centre spot at an open goal at the end of their last matches. Like a multi stadium penalty shootout. Or just have a regular penalty shootout if they're playing eachother in their last group game (they do that last part in the Euros, though it's never happened).
Each team gets given 10 shots. They have to hit as many vuvuzelas as they can; highest number wins. Bonus points for ricocheting balls into multiple vuvuzelas. Extra bonus points for sending vuvuzelas into other vuvuzelas.
