So my sister caught some sort of spyware or malware on her laptop that I can't figure out how to fix. Normally I just run Spybot Search and Destroy and it takes care of things, but it isn't working this time. The bot appears as a bubble near her clock tray and pops up telling her it detects a problem (System Alert) when clicked the bubble pops up a browser window that goes to
Edit: Never mind, I puzzled through the fixes found via google and they seem to have worked.
