Software for determining nearby wifi channels

Seemingly every wifi device I have doesn't tell you the channel of the network unless you're connected (and with Win7 and the integrated wifi - not at all)

I want to know the neighbors' channels so I can set mine to something less crowded.

Netstumbler apparently doesn't work for win7.
