The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
Nothing is wrong with you. You're just inexperienced and hampered by that inexperience. Go on some blind dates through something like OkCupid and try both genders out. Just make sure the date is in a public place and read up on safe first date rules to protect yourself from being assaulted. Don't get drunk and don't leave your drink unattended.

Don't try too hard with the labels. Everything psychologists understand about sexuality is that it is fluid, and none of the labels really apply properly to anybody. The labels give good short-hand for some people, but if you can't find one that fits you exactly, or one that you feel comfortable sharing with others, that's not a problem.
It sounds to me that you're fairly asexual, but when you do decide to be a sexual creature, you're not swayed strongly either way. There's nothing wrong with that.
Your external sexual identification is mostly about finding a partner, and for those around you to aid in finding a partner. If you want to date guys and want your friends to help you date guys, tell them they you're either 'bisexual', 'experimenting' or 'maybe straight'. If you want people out of your sex life, identify as 'asexual'.
It's unfortunate that the label of 'bisexual' tends to carry with it so much baggage of hypersexuality, when in fact those that would be most served by that label are often more asexual, but labels all suck.
