Need an archaic text to speech program

I need a program with the silliest-sounding text to speech possible, preferably with multiple voices and the ability to export the audio as a separate file.

The more it sounds like an old Mac, the better!

Dr. Sbaitso is the one that came with the SoundBlaster audio cards back in the early 90s. I recall it being pretty terrible.

It's an automated psychiatrist, but if you type "say blah blah blah" it will repeat back the text. I remember having to get really creative with spellings to imitate proper phonetics... so I imagine this would qualify as "silly sounding".

I don't know about being able to export though. I suppose you could record the playback.

Shittalker is another one. I don't know more because it's been years since I've used it.

    There's http://www.voiceforge.com/demo but that's a reasonable, modern thing.

You can use Total Recorder to record. It's like $35 but...you know..."shop around" for better deals. I remember years ago when that program was like $200. Ridiculous.
