The Dynast guards were obliterated, losing two points of magnitude to put them to zero, and their commander stands alone at -4, with two health levels left. One more damage and he's incapacitated.
The Henchmen lose one point of magnitude, also putting them at zero, and their commander also stands alone at -4, with two health levels left. One more damage and he's also incapacitated.
Since they're alone, you can just make normal attacks Turkson, without having to make called shots.

My followup attack is posted, thanks Pluto for your help!
Turk you still need to roll those dice to see how much damage you deal. 4 dice of damage means you roll 4 dice, and deal damage equal to however many successes you rolled (Also ten's don't count twice on damage rolls).
I think we can leave the results of our attacks to Rain. She's up with the enemy's actions right now.
Khan considers them under his protection and he doesn't want them to come to harm
if this is an attack... we have to consider that there may be a second from another direction
The Khan can probably face a separate force and guard the prisoners himself... and he can at least spur them on and give a volley of them deadly arrows before he makes his move.
In case a greater force approaches in the dust, perhaps it is best if Arcturus, Ethereal Voce (and Wrathfist) stick with Gyler for now.
It's a bad idea usually to divide forces but I'm willing to risk it.

it's kinda how khan has grown his army, i'd expect gyler and ethereal voice know that by now
the khan believes that all soldiers should be able to choose their alliances
arcturus is kinda the new guy though he might not know
let's put our heads together
plan time
we have prisoners to perhaps protect
we have something on the way
something we might want to get some greater intel, maybe of a fantastical sort
we have some frowny dynasts
i'd say we're in disarray
plan plan plan
well that aint a bad idea
look we've got soliers here
we gotta have dudes organized and ready to move
and we got peoples to protect
strategy dudes
perhaps khan could take point with etheral voice
arcturus and gyler could start moving the prisoners the hell away from whatever that is
with or without khan's dudes
i suppose he could command both units if that's a better idea
it'd be easier to keep the prisoners safe if they had a good barrier between them and potential disaster
but maybe more than gyler and arcturus as an escort would be good too
okay dudes
we gots people to protect, prisoners to deal with

Rainy please let this game continue, it is so far the best of Exalted.
Also, let's kill the dragonblood jerk already.
