Fraps issue when recording in full resolution

I have an issue with fraps. Recording video in half resolution works perfectly. But for some reason when I record in full resolution mode my video is all messed up: I get 2 vertically interlaced (lines are vertical) images drawn on top of each other, and one of those images is upside down. I have no idea what could cause this.
