Rage clouding Radulus's mind, and the pain from the vicious wound he too recently suffered clouding his thoughts Radulus can feel the life quickly draining from his veins, perhaps if he were more experienced he would have had the presence of mind to retreat to his allies for cover, or to flee, but in his current state the hexer's cackling face is all he can see. Taking a quick step back Radulus once again surges forward.... as he lifts his hammer for another fierce blow a bit of connective tissue hanging by a thread from the cleavers attack gives way. He stumbles his blow falling weakly to the ground. Growling and gritting his teeth in agony, Kallas cautiously steps back from the snarling goblin before turning toward the warrior who escaped his wrath earlier, sending a bolt of pure radiance streaking into the wicked creature's chest.
Staggering back, it snarls in annoyance just as Kallas pours energy through the iron rod. Unfortunately, the goblin just manages to clamber to its feet, groggy from the power of the ironscar rod.
"Brudne kretyn!" He snarls a curse in Draconic and his eyes flare in almost uncontrolled rage, unleashing another bolt of light, this one shattering in front of the beast, showering ineffectually.

Gathering himself after repeated offensive failure, Amos asks Amanautor's blessing, knowing that his next action could be the difference in life and death for his short, armored ally. The cleric channels the holy flames again, this time towards the shaman.
Perhaps it was the murky air, or maybe these goblins were simply too fleet-footed, but the flames could not connect. "Amaunator must be angry with me for being captured in the first place..." Amos lamented, looking sullen as the realization of the extent of his failure washed over him.
Then he suddenly looked up and pointed an accusatory finger directly at the shaman, "No! My faith will not be shaken! Goblin, you will NOT be spared Amaunator's wrath!" The threat was not empty, as a divine sense of dread took hold of the goblin. However shaken he may have been, the goblin remained standing.

As Radulus' charge misses the skullcleaver, he takes the opportunity to back off from his nearest threat. Zan's thunderous boom crashes into the Skullcleaver, crumbling bone as he collapses to the floor dead. The Hexer, now fearing for his life, sends a streak of darkness towards Zan-kyri's eyes striking him. He then backs up to the rear of the room, stands on the strange raised disc, and disappears.

The warlock darts after the hexer, muttering to Radulus, "Be careful, and watch that door."
He strides up to the circular dias careful not to step on it, or even touch it; and scans the area quickly for any sign of the Hexer, but finds nothing.
Irritated at the escape of the Hexer, he calls on the darkness within him and distractedly hurls a bolt of energy at the lone goblin warrior, sending sparks flying as it misses the goblin and impacts the wall.
The warlock coughs and spits black bile, grimacing in pain and disgust.

Stepping out from his cover and walking past the warlock, Rolan summons his power to form a pillar of electricity next to the goblin warrior. Pinning him against the wall and promising certian death if he is foolish enough to move.

Rolan flings his arm out and tosses two silver bolts towards the warrior. As they speed across the battlefield one slips under the falling ax of the Skullcleaver, with amazing precision the bolts strike the warrior slamming him against the wall and leaving a bloody streak as his body slides down. Skirting around the dark cloud Rolan move north, closer to the pedestal.
With only one enemy left in sight the Warlock scowls and releases another shadowed curse that encircles the skullcleaver. Thrusting out his hands he flings a blueish bolt of arcane power that crackles through the murk filled air and arcing across the goblin's body, leaving it wounded, but alive.
The shadows that have shrouded the warlock since his arival fade away as he stands his ground and draws a black bladed sickle. He glances around the room nervously, "That hexer may still be here somewhere... even though that cyfrgolledig vexing cloud has vanished."

As an aside, the cloud has dissipated now that the Hexer has disappeared (it didn't happen until the round after though) I checked, and it did not affect the outcome of anyone's rolls.
Struggling to aid his allies in finishing the fight Radulus summons his greatly lessened strength. Charging the remaining goblin, again his strength gives out and his hammer widely misses its mark slamming into the floor so solidly that tile and cobble are turned to dust beneath the blow. with a roar of frustration Radulus curses his own weakness.

Uttering in a guttural tone, he invokes Amaunator, calling forth radiant punishment.

At this, the wisps dissipate for a split second, before driving upwards and erupting from the creature's skull, dragging its spirit up towards Amaunator's judgement.
Smiling to himself, he speaks a quiet prayer, "Amaunator að hrósa ..."

However, his smile fades as he notices Zan battered form.falling down.

There is a circular disc, a pedastle if you will, shaped like a plug centered along the northern wall. Its top is just large enough for a person to stand on, and is circled in nonsensical words utilizing the dethek alphabet (Dwarven, Damarran and Giant also use this alphabet).
There is also a closed stone double door that opens on the east wall of the room.

Perhaps it was the murky air, or maybe these goblins were simply too fleet-footed, but the flames could not connect. "Amaunator must be angry with me for being captured in the first place..." Amos lamented, looking sullen as the realization of the extent of his failure washed over him.

The warlock darts after the hexer, muttering to Radulus, "Be careful, and watch that door."
He strides up to the circular dias careful not to step on it, or even touch it; and scans the area quickly for any sign of the Hexer, but finds nothing.
Irritated at the escape of the Hexer, he calls on the darkness within him and distractedly hurls a bolt of energy at the lone goblin warrior, sending sparks flying as it misses the goblin and impacts the wall.
The warlock coughs and spits black bile, grimacing in pain and disgust.
