Anti-Virus Recommendations

Hello All,

I am just looking for suggestions on a good anti virus. Not sure I want to use Mcafee, and recently had a very nasty virus that nuked my system. all help is appreciated.

    Bullguard was recommended to me by some computer savvy folks, lightweight and effective.

    My favorite is Microsoft Security Essentials. A lot of my buddies prefer AVG. No matter what, the computer security thread has got the lowdown.

    I've had experience with AVG and run into a few problems over the years, although it's usually pretty solid.

    I'd recommend Microsoft Security Essentials though, hands down.
