    If you happen to have a bacterial infection it's not going to help. You'd need to get some prescription grade shit to clear that up. But just a breakout every now and then? Changing your pillow cover can help quite a bit.

    I don't take the break (usually 7 pill of just iron, or a sugar pill) and it takes a few months to really get rid of everything but occasional spotting, and depending on the brand, have to switch to a new brand when it stops being effective

    Unless she's taking some weird kind of new awful birth control that no one would ever want ever, it's three weeks of pills + one week that's actually just a placebo, which is when the period is supposed to take place.
