Get sleep now while he's in the hospital and nurses will help. Also the first few weeks all the friends and family will be over.

After that, it's goodbye to a whole night of sleep for a while. It's worth it though, you have a tax deduction that looks cute in photos. Oh yeah and love and joy and all that stuff.

    Congrats Langly & Tastypastry!

Glad to hear everything went well with the spawning!

Now you have to patiently wait until he's old enough to play video games with you.

They've been trying to keep it a secret, but they actually only had a baby because they are short a healer in their raid group.

This doesn't work as well when they are moving out of state.

Unfortunately, these poor fuckers are stuck with cadmunky, lostwords and myself to help them out.

    This kid is screwed.

You must take the child to Alderan if he is to learn the ways of the Force.

Also, at least Lostwords is womanly, so it's like having a grandmother around.

Congrats! My wife and I look at each other on nearly a daily basis and ask ourselves why we waited so long to have one of those things (we're both early 30's and we've been together since college). Enjoy him while he's still immobile. Mine started crawling about a month ago and now all we do is chase him around the living room trying to prevent him from smashing his head on things.

Also, how wildly inappropriate is it that I read this:

My son never did the army crawl. He went straight to a standard hands-n-knees crawl about a month ago, and now he's pulling himself up on the couch and walking from one end to the other. He's at a really dangerous stage now where sometimes he forgets that he can't walk yet, but lets go anyway.

My baby sister was too fat to crawl. She was just hands and feet sticking out of a blob of baby. Instead she rolled or scooted on her back.

    They are so much work.

Better for the environment and eventually better for your wallet. However, at 3am when the baby is crying and you and your wife are tired and he has to be changed before he's fed and you're low on clean ones ....

I guess maybe just have a few packs of disposables on hand for emergencies.
