[Missed Connection] Taokaka Cosplayer

The Taokaka cosplayer on Sunday when PAX was just about closing outside and across the street from the convention center. A nice smile and eye contact for a while but I wasn't sure if it was towards me, since I was in a red van with a bunch of friends. But would've loved to chat! Would've stepped out of the car if it wasn't such a damned busy street.
