    I don't live in the US but is any stores open on that labor day long weekend after PAX? If so at least I can go out and buy some BDs/PS3 games when PAX Prime 2011 rocks round.

    PAX 2011 will be the weekend before Labor Day next year.

    Generally, stores are opened but not with fully weekday hours. Some smaller businesses may be closed.

    it seems that PAX is always the first weekend of september and labor day is after that. I'm just trying to plan for it so i can check out a few places/shops while I'm there (if i do get to go it'll be my first time to the US).

    EDIT: I'm also trying to figure out what's the best order to book everything i need.
