hothead games was handing out the collectors edition for free at PAX on sunday. i opened it up and downloaded it but it says it needs a key to play it but the game never came with one. whats gives?

    There should be a fruitfucker keychain in there with a key on the back. I believe that's the key for the game. Haven't tried it yet though.

    Did yours have the D20 in it? I was kind of bummed that mine seemed to be missing.

    Yeah, they were giving them out each day. I got one Friday and almost had another forced on me Saturday. I tried passing on duplicate items as much as possible to give others a chance at them.

    Skybridge between the North and South parts of the expo hall. They were showing off a game called Swarm. It was listed on the map.

    Collector's Edition of the first episode, second episode, or both? I have the first (signed by Gabe and Tycho, woo) and don't think they made a second, but would be saddened to find out I missed a limited run.

    Our party received 3, and none of them had the d20 in it ;_;
    sadness~~

    but it was an absolutely awesome givaway! Kudos to HotHead for giving them out!!

    They actually ran out of d20s or something during the process of making those limited editions, so not having a d20 in it was due to that. Not sure the full story off-hand, but that is why.
