Maybe I'm missing it, but no party was shown in that video. If you described what it looked like I might know, as I hit a lot of the after-parties on Saturday.

The place with all the interviews/gaming was the Machinima booth, right behind the Super Hero Squad booth on the Expo floor.

The panel looked like it took place in one of the 6th floor rooms.

And yeah, did not see any indication of a "party," per se...

My friend made out with a dude to get tickets to that party.
Also, the owner of that bar, which is normally a gay bar, was hitting on me...a lot.

Hey those extra couple tickets were tough to get :p

The pics with the vampiress people taken by the leather daddy was funny, lots of free drinks, those strippery girls were nice folks, it was quite the party I had a pretty good time there.

Funny how the best bars and clubs Ive been to in Seattle were gay bars / clubs.

Whats really funny is that some people think The Succubus Club is a real place. That's the "party brand" White Wolf has been using to name their parties for years. Word has it they had a pretty raucous event at Gen Con this year too. Apparently its a fictional vampire club set in the World of Darkness.

I have to admit its cooler sounding than "The CCP Party", so kudos to them for being clever.

Tajah took an awesome picture of me cheering with both arms up right behind one of the dancers. I was actually cheering because I saw her walk in, but in the photo it looks like I'm cheering because I'm close to the dancer. Couldn't have planned it better.

The bartenders at that party were fucking awesome.

The actual venue the Succubus Club party was held at was Neighbours, a typically very gay club on Capitol Hill. http://www.neighboursnightclub.com/ (Warning, techno music loads automatically on their site.)

The bar tenders were very fabulous, and it's tied for Best Part of PAX for me, along with the Triwizard Drinking Tournament. It was an open bar, and the succubi were walking around handing out jello shots in giant syringes.

Here's one of the jello shot syringes - my apologies for how dark the picture is.

I got my tickets due to being friends with a fellow who left my studio to work at CCP.
I think they were handing out what tickets they had to other developers, friends of people at CCP, and then extras to people who came by their booth and asked for tickets.

it was pretty easy for me to get in, was a little less easy to get my pax friends in.

Not sure how tough it was if you didn't know a guy, or know a guy that knows a guy, etc.

Just popping in to say that that party was insanely fun. It was by invite only and was hosted at Neighbors Nightclub in downtown Seattle (1509 Broadway). They cut off the open bar at around 1:30am, but the party was from 9pm-3am. There was a fire poi show and everything, too.

Fun fact in case you try to check out the club at any other time, it's a gay nightclub. Still an awesome place, and the staff were all awesome. Never miss an opportunity to catch a CCP party! The next one is at the end of the month in New Orleans.

Trying to think of a good way to ensure tickets for this party next time. Try to be first few hundred in queue line on Friday and make CCP my first stop? Cosplay as an exact, scale-model Rifter with working missiles? Swap genders and become a stunningly hot female?

All three of these seem about equally difficult.

    Hi all,

This is indeed the Succubus Club, and as someone has stated is the club we travel around with, based on a club from the World of Darkness.

We host this club at most conventions, and it is always THE place to be.

As for securing invites to it at any convention...

Well the first day we usually don't have the invites ready yet.
After that.. your best bet is bringing a couple girls to the booth as we do our best to keep the girl/guy ratio at normal levels ;)

Unfortunately though, we can't get everyone in, we had a capacity of I believe 1000 this year, and over 9000 asking for invites.

Thanks to everyone for coming! :)

My friend and I had tickets bestowed upon us, and it was A-FREAKING-MAZING! Totally wasn't expecting anything like what it was.

I usually don't go to stuff like that but it was incredible. Within the first five minutes a vampiress grabbed me to have my picture taken of her getting ready to rip out my jugular. Got to say hi to Logan Decker from PCG, and had enough whiskey sour to actually get me on the dance floor. It was nuts.

Definitely going to try again for next year!
