I started using Google Calendar recently and love it. Does anyone know an offline personal management program that lets me sync with Google Calendar so I can have my events offline just incase I don't have an active Internet connection?
Note: iCal does think and as far as I know, it's only for the Mac. I have Windows fyi.
Do some googling. I have heard that something called remote calendars, or something like that, has recently added 2-way sync support for Outlook. It's an open source project, the documentation is nil, and most of the articles you'll find about it are out of date. But... I think it will do what you want, if you're willing to work with Outlook.
There's the link I found. I haven't personally tried it, but it might get you pointed in the right direction. This article might also help, though it may also be out of date. It relates to remote calendars, though.
