So I work fully time and go to school and am accustomed to waking up at 4:30AM. Maybe 6 on weekends.
Tonight I have a bachelor party which doesn't start until 10PM and very well may entail me not getting to bed until those times. Then tomorrow night I have a birthday party that will likely go into the early morning. Then I have to get up at 4:30AM again on Monday.
I was trying to come up with ways to mitigate the damage this would have on me and my sleep schedule over the next week. I was debating trying to sleep a good amounttoday, but I don't know that I could do it without some type of sleep aid.
I might push through all night tomorrow night and go to bed early on Sunday.... or just sleep a few hours tomorrow night so you'll still be tired at a reasonable time on Sunday. But that's just me. If you can afford to be worthless on Sunday though that's what I would recommend.
Take a melatonin pill Sunday an hour before you usually go to bed if you're worried about not being able to fall asleep. Other than that you should be able to do whatever you need to over the weekend. Your sleep schedule should be back on track after that.
Just set your alarm so you get up really early on sunday (like, only 3-4 hours of sleep). Then you'll be tired by 10pm or whatever time you normally go to bed.
