new computer iTunes questions

I'm replacing my old desktop and laptop with a Qosmio X505-890. It's sweet, and fast, but I have many questions:

iTunes migration: google search told me about making an itunes backup - I've copied my music and video files, but will I lose the ipod touch apps that aren't currently loaded on my iTouch?
what other issues am I not thinking about concerning iTunes?

I'm sure I have more questions, but that one is my immediate need. Thanks!

You're just going to Authorize the new computer through iTunes and it'll be able to sync and keep the apps with your touch. It's under "Store" on the iTunes taskbar.

Thanks. Shutting down for probably the last time before cannibalization of my old P4.

Yeah, and then just dump your music and video into the Automatically Add To iTunes folder and you're good.
