Can't find a penny arcade comic...

I remember reading it a while back, but haven't been able to find it since. Does anyone know the title or have a link to the penny arcade comic where Gabe builds a community in the shape of a penis?

    I might as well piggyback here, as the original query is solved.

    I'm looking for one with Tycho and Ann, wherein she uses some netspeak and he admonishes her for it, telling her she knows better.

    I have tried the aforementioned search, and come up empty. I course I can't remember the precise wording of the comic, however searches for the obvious ann, annarchy, or niece and suchlike have not turned up the one I'm looking for.
