I have a Difficult Decison tonight.

My night could go one of two ways:

1) I go to an aquarium party
100 people crammed into a parking garage style basement. In my backyard. With an aquarium for a bar.

2) I go to see a free screening of Cube.

I have no idea how to decide. Can anyone vouch for either of these two options?

It is your duty as a filmgoer to see Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World.

Always pick quirky party - ALWAYS.

Worst case, you go to the party and there are bad vibes, and bad vibes always make for good times if you aren't directly involved.

    Cube is pretty cool.

It's hard to vouch for an aquarium party without knowing who will be there, how cramped it'll be, etc. If it's free booze, though, then I'd go there.

Cube...as in the 1997 scifi horror movie?

Would you be going to the movie with a super hot lady? If the answer is no, then go to the party.

    Cube.
But then, I'm not much of a guy for parties, and that sounds uncomfortable.

Why can't you do both? Go see the film, then come back and apologise to all the hotties for making them wait, but you totally just had to go see this awesome film. Alternatively, if the film isn't until after the party's begun, schmooze with said hotties and see if you can't get a few to go with you.

This is all predicated on the assumption that there will be hotties though, and that you will want to be around some of those hotties.

Thanks for all of the input. I have decided to party tonight. The thread may be locked now.

The party will happen once, the film's going to be there forever.
