I see you're somewhat new here
First thing, here's the Rock Band thread. Our talk in there is broad, but typically it's all Rock Band-related, so a question like this would be fine, I guess.
But to answer your question, there are no Japanese versions of Rock Band. There were talks of Rock Band: Japan a few years ago, but it has since been canceled.
