    Or, you know, Bone.

How big are the episodes generally? Would this be feasible as a Wii Download Service game?

No, no...there was a whole bunch of stuff about Sam and Max coming to the Wii awhile back. That's almost definitely what this is about.

Also, I think it's safe to say that Sam and Max is much more popular than Bone. Then again, I wouldn't mind both series coming to the Wii.

Now all I need is a Wii.

    Yes.

I hope that the Wii's library single-handedly consists of 50% adventure games.

    I'd buy every single one.

The Bone games were put on hold, assumedly so that they could focus on the Sam and Max games.

Plus, they weren't very good. The puzzles, voice acting, graphics were all meh. The first episode was kind of overpriced at $10, and the demo for the second installment left me cold.

Uhhh pronoun trouble here.... Are you saying the Bone games weren't very good or the new Sam and Max eps?

That is some excellent news. Sam & Max Hit the Road is one of my all-time favorites, and I don't have to imagine much to know exactly how smooth it will be to drive an adventure game with the Wiimote. It would be awesome if they could make the remote fire off quick little things like "That's nothing." or "I can't do that!" from Max or Sam when you mouse-over things.

I've been holding out on picking up the new series because my pc is outdated, and I just prefer to invest in console games these days. Sam&Max FTW.

This is the main reason I've avoided purchasing Sam and Max episodes until now. I'd value it much more on my Wii.

This is really good news! Wii is dying for more 3rd party support, and Sam&Max has already proven to be good.

Besides, I´d just wish that the developers would realize that the wiimote can simply be used for point and click interfaces. No wiggling and gimmicks necessary.

I wonder if they're going to release all of the episodes as one game for the wii. Cause I beat episode 3 in like... less then 5 hours. If it wasn't part of my GT subscription I'd have felt cheated.

I think they generally do. It's kinda cyclic. Adventure games are getting back on the upswing and are becoming popular again. Look at some of those DS titles.

I know they won't but it would be nice to have some way of letting those of us who purchased the full season on PC get the Wii version for free or reduced cost.

That said I am so damn pleased with Sam and Max so far. Was waiting until the third episode is out (next week!) before I made a thread to spread the love.

Could be for the Leisure Suit Larry game that's been rumoured...

I'm still curious to see how they will implement the remote for that one.
