We’ve been able to ascertain that we were at low risk and have restored access to a number of accounts that were still awaiting a reset.     Thanks for all the constructive advice!

    Yeah, I'm with you on the length, but I really have doubts on being able to keep any kind of coherence if dramatically more is cut. It's hard to say, and if you have any ideas on how to do that, I'd love to hear it. I'd love a three hour cut of this, but I really don't know how.
