Watching and listening to Mike Ross play Cody is ridiculously entertaining. He is my favorite Street Fighter IV personality by far. I want him behind me every time I play SF, telling me how scrubby I am and how badly I crack during every one of my matches. I don't even like that term. And every time I do something magical by complete accident I want him in the background telling me how godlike I am.

Sev: Your gameplay is the most heavily yomi based around. Usually you look for characters that allow you to force guessing situations for big dmg. Even if the guess is mathematically nowhere near in your favor lol. You're happiest when you have either a 50/50, 33/33/33 or even a 75/25 situation to go crazy with. And you will take big risks to force those situations to come up.

And nope, didn't get sick of it. I'm the kind of person who doesn't really get sick of fighting a matchup again and again. I just try to learn as much as I can from it. Especially with weirder characters like Adon, or ones I've always had problems dealing with like Akuma.
I just wish my stick motions/charging and move execution weren't so sloppy still. I fuck up what my brain wants me to do way too often.
Heh, whoever posted those Gootecks and Mike Ross videos, those are fantastic.

They are, aren't they? Just two guys who're really good at Street Fighter having a good time, I want to see more of stuff like that, not people taking the game as seriously as you hear/see.

I think I finally am going to break down and get the Hauppage recording thingamajig. I'll also get a Madcatz fightpad to see how it feels .

If you've ever used a Saturn dpad, they're a lot like that. It's not as good as a quality stick, but it's about a million times better than the stock dpad on the xbox. That's not a bad deal for $40 (or $20 if your local best buy still has the series 1 fightpads on clearance).

See, I have zero issue with the 360 analog for Bison. I can do basically everything and I can do it very, very, very fast.

The thumbstick is definitely better than the d pad, but I have trouble keeping my orientation on it.
The fightpads aren't as sturdy as the old Saturn controllers, but MadCatz shipped me some replacement parts for free after one email exchange. I'm actually kind of impressed.
