Football!
No, you idiot!
FOOTBALL!
Close enough. edit: ACTUALLY TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT.

Specifically the National Football League. Where fearless men face mortal injury and being punched in the junk in fumble piles for the benefit of overweight hasbeens and neverweres drinking Bud Light.
This is basically YOU. And YOU ARE HORRIBLE.
Meanwhile fearless women take on the roles of cheerleaders and on-the-field reporters so they can be groped, ogled, and peeped on in the privacy of their hotel rooms.
This is just a side gig till they get their law degree, honest.
It's Week 8 already in the NFL and we can tell from the Standings that HOLY FUCK WERE SOME TEAMS OVERFUCKING RATED
http://espn.go.com/nfl/standings
With some teams facing QB problems (DALLAS, MINNESOTA) and others facing entire franchise problems (LOLions), it is at this halfway point we stand back and ponder the important questions right now.
Will we see more pictures of future HOF'ers cocks?
Are the Saints pulling a Major League 2 where the team gets shitty again?
Is Tony Romo ever going to fucking get to the level of a consistent quarterback? Will Jon Kitna have what it takes to bring the 'Boys back from the brink?
No and no.
Will any tackles beyond a loving embrace be ruled illegal?
Why are there so many shitty referee calls this year?
Will T.O. and Ocho Cinco produce more than they bullshit?
Are the Chiefs 'for real'?
Will Peter King abuse lofty like I abuse my penis at night?
Yes.
My neck, my back, my FUPA and my crack.

e: No, wait, nevermind, I can't read, apparently. We're the underdogs, I guess.
Yeah I apologize for the formatting, it sucks.
The second team named in that list are the underdogs.
What? We suck [strike]again[/strike] still?
I find it very telling that all of the visiting teams are rated underdogs.
1 - Halloween = Candy. Little known fact kids - the people giving it out get to keep the leftovers. And last year only 5 kids came to my house
2 - No absolute must see games so its a good day for Red Zone + I can probably get some SC2 in as my wife waits anxiously for the trick or treaters. Best game is GB at NYJ for my non-money
3 - My team is on at 415 in the national game in a very intriguing matchup (Pats)
4 - Really good night game

I would love to see this if only because of the civil war that would break out between the states of New York and New Jersey.
Why would this cause a civil war? Both teams are "NY" teams that are hosted in New Jersey...
Yeah, but pretty much the Jets are the popular team in New York proper, while the Giants are more or less considered Jersey's team.
you have to factor in home field advantage (-3 for the home team) in these spreads, it's @Detroit, so these teams are roughly even
Why don't you stay in London after the game, traitor (Texans fans always trump every other team he's been on in terms of disliking him).
I wouldn't mind seeing Jackson out there. At least he's not hurt. I still haven't bothered to look around to see who is going to start today. I'm not sure if I want to know because it might make me angry. Still sporting the purple today and going to see how much flak I get here in a minute when I take the dog out. Should be fun.

And what is this, now I get the Jacksonville/Dallas game. Booooourns.
And yay Dallas for a field goal after stalling in the opponent's territory. Nice to see that our stellar offense is still intact even without Romo.

Slash knows how to rock a national anthem properly.
Also the TO touchdown! Yay me! He's been a great fantasy pick up.
We really need this turnover; they've been just marching all over us so far.
and everyone laughed at me for holding onto him
who's laughing now
