How do I go about enhancing voices from a recording and eliminating some noise due to movement? Anyone have any good applications they can suggest?

"noise" is a pretty broad category, and there's not really any application you can just plug a piece of audio into to de-noise it without fucking up the whole thing; you're probably gonna have to do some EQing

what kind of noise are we talking about here?

Well, I've been recording my wife in order to prove to the court system that she's mentally unstable. The recording device has been in my pocket, and there is regular sound of movement that hinders hearing the voices. The recording was made using a Sony IC Recorder on Super High Quality Mode, so I think I can reduce the close up noise and enhancing the human vocal portion. I need some kind of graphic equalizer I think, but searching in Google results in some very sketchy results.

you wanna make goddamn sure that it's legal in your locality to record someone without their knowing about it, first and foremost

and there won't be a whole lot you can do about the sound of motion, because it's gonna cover a pretty decent chunk of the audible spectrum probably. give this a shot, though

seriously though dude, make sure what you're doing is legal before you keep doing it

Without knowing if what you're doing is explicitly legal in your location I don't feel comfortable leaving this thread open so that people can give you advice on how to do it.
