Also: You can buy covers for super cheap that will prevent them from being damage. I wouldn't recommend the covers as they interfere with gaming and sometimes it's easy to take them off and forget about them. What I would suggest is actually using a little bit of paprika and sprinkle it on the pad and rub it in. After a few days the smell will be gone, but your puppy will absolutely HATE getting near your controllers. Dogs hate paprika. Hell...I hate paprika lol.

Got an old PSX/PS2 analog controller?
If so, see if you can swap dem sticks out. Not the whole joystick unit, obviously, just the sticks.
