Or, as it is often abbreviated to, rainblowjobs.
Yes, those are hand katars shaped like pen tips.
Freaking awesome trailer
de Blob is a game about joyous graffiti and paint-based mayhem. The plot is simple: you're a blob, you can soak up paint and smear it all over the landscape. You do this to thwart the evil Comrade Black and his Inkt armies who have stolen the color from the world.
It is a quintessential video game, with simple yet fun objectives and completely amazing music. Seriously, [VIDURL="

So you didn't play the first game because it was only on the Wii? Now you have no excuse!
The Wii is the lead console with HD/3D up-ports to 360 and PS3. Don't let that scare you off at all, it's a gorgeous game on the Wii and it looks awesome on the HD consoles too.
Played it on the Wii, but you didn't like all that waggle stuff? Seriously, what was that about, having to shake the remote to jump? Well this time it's mapped to the A button!
Saving is fixed too, the first game had huuuge levels with not enough opportunity to save. Lots of save points here.
Also lots of new mission types, lots more variety (addressing complaints of the first game), 2D level sections (100+), suit upgrades, more abilities, shifting gravity/magnetism, overall a more focused game.

In case anyone's wondering, [VIDURL="

We know literally nothing about the 3DS version other than it showed up on an upcoming release list. Personally I would guess it'd be like the console releases rather than the DS game. Hopefully it can deliver that!

Cool that its showing up one every system. It doesn't seem like the type of game where you would be lost by not having played the first one, unlike some of the 360 -> PS3 ports.
