John Ostrander is fucking awesome

After a fan-fucking-tacular run on Republic for Dark Horse, John Ostrander seems to be getting more and more work at DC. His Batman arc, was admittedly kinda blah, but the man is responsible for the best runs of the Spectre, Suicide Squad, Star Wars, and Martian Manhunter. And now he's going to write two 52 tie in books, and a new suicide squad mini. Plus his regular run on Star Wars Legacy.
He made Quinlan Vos into the ultimate badass and I love him so.

It was so bad I actually stopped getting it after the first issue of the arc.
I hate quitting titles. I was able to put up with Sensational Spider-Man until #31, but there was no way I could justify spending three dollars on another issue of "Grotesk."

I bought the last issue of it today just because I didn't feel like having that one title gap
I got to the third issue thinking "oh, maybe it'll get somewhat interesting"
and finished the third issue thinking "hey maybe i'll go read some 90s comics instead"
