    To answer your question, Rane, Andrew Hussie (AKA S_O) runs a blog now where he posts the occasional comic or humerous rant (The latest being "Fuck Fancy Santas" and hilarious).

    This was before he had even started MSPA. I'm avant garde. Also it's amazing to see the change the glorious edict has had on discourse.

    You know what?

    I have never met a single person outside of the internet who hates xkcd.

    Everyone I've ever met who has heard of it has said "Oh yeah, xkcd? That's a pretty good comic."
    I don't mean just nerds, either. Just normal people who have heard of xkcd or had a link sent them by friends.

    I'm just going to chalk that up to one of the forum trends where someone forum-cool started hating on it, and then everyone else who wanted to be forum-cool entered into a oneupmanship contest for hating it.

    I think that's because XKCD gets a lot of exposure on social networking sites and is linked a lot more to people who don't spend all night surfing random webcomics and posting on forums.

    I don't even know anyone outside of my close circle in real life that reads PA.
