In France-can't find way to order DVD+R media

Man, it would be nice if a few more characters were allowd in the subject.
Ahem. At any rate, I'm in France until April 28th, for a semester abroad type thing, and I find myself in need of recordable DVD media (preferably +R, because apparently that's better for some reason). It's much too expensive in retail stores, but the French online stores I've been able to find (and believe me, it's a total bitch when you suck at the language) want a French billing address.
So am I just SOL, or does anyone maybe know of an American store that'll ship to France?
Also, I wouldn't mind paying extra for double-layer media, since my MB Pro can burn it (allegedly). However, that seems impossible to find here and even if you can find it, only Verbatim brand actually works.

I think the price for single-layer discs should be <0.25€ and <1.25€ for DL ones.
