Small/cheap latop capable of league of legends

If you guys were going out to buy the cheapest laptop capable of running league of legends at 60 fps (at any settings level), what would you pick?

I honestly have no idea how good mobile graphics cards etc are these days, and I'm not really interested in any games with higher demands atm. I've been hearing about NVIDIA ion - is that good?

Note that I am in Tokyo atm so American retailers are not really an option I fear.

LoL is a single-threaded application, so you don't need to worry about getting an incredibly powerful multicore (though obviously almost every chip now a days is). My laptop has an Nvidea 330 and it handles LoL at least as well as my desktop, if that means anything.
