iTouch 4/iPhone 4 Cases

I'm looking to buy my nephew a decent iTouch 4 case for christmas. First thing I'm wondering is if an iPhone 4 case will work with the iTouch 4, or is there a significant size difference? Secondly if anyone has any suggestions for a decent case I'm all ears.

If iphone cases do fit the itouch, I'd like to go with an otterbox style case, but if they don't well I guess it's back to searching.

    iPhone 4 cases won't fit. The iPhone 4 is like an ice cream sandwich, while the iPod Touch (worst neologism ever) curves in quite severely.
