Photoshop Won't Save For Web

Just as the title says. I'm making a gif for someone, and when I try and Save for web it, the words are greyed out and I can't click it. This is in PS CS2. If anyone knows how to fix this, I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

    Unfortunately, the only fix im seeing is a reinstall of photoshop, although it looks like it generally does fix the issue.

    Maybe try manually deleting the SFW preference file:

    c:\Documents and Settings\~username\Application Data\Adobe\Save for Web\8.0\ (\9.0\ for CS2)
