Help my internet has gone crazy

so I have a neatgear wireless router, and it's currently going crazy. So far my IP phone that's plugged into it is the only device working. The laptop I'm typing on, and all other computers in the house cannot connect out to the internet, getting instead 'Local Only" access via wireless

When I plug in a cat 5 cord, it says I'm connected but refuses to take me to anysite sans igoogle, which is the only page that loads.

I did a hard reset of the router to no avail, and have reset the modem as well.

Thoughts?

    How are you posting this?

Anyway, if Chitown refers to Chicago and your ISP is comcast, this link might be relevant.

Start at the beginning and work forward. Ditch the router for the moment, take your lappy and plug it straight in to the modem. If no go, call ISP. If go, then factory reset your netgear (usually a small hole in the back in which you poke something sharp for a few seconds. Test via cat5. If no go then get another router and test with that. If go configure wireless. If no go after configuring wireless, change to a different network name, and try to connect again. If go, then beer me, if no go than get new wireless router.
