GUYS TELL ME YOUR SPOOKY STORIIIIEEEES.
Basically, lately I've taken a huge interest in the paranormal. I mean, I've always had a passing interest in the topic, but lately I just can't get enough of the stuff. Mostly personal accounts type stuff!
Me personally, I've never had anything too weird happen to me, other than weird feelings and stuff. Particularly in the house I grew up in! Always got a really really odd sensation walking by the crawlspace at the bottom of the stairs. Blegh. Hate talking about it.
What about you, SE++? Ghost blowjobs? Spooky handjobs?

Did the ghost of your cat come and lick up the mess? Because that would bring this whole thing full circle.

i think my family is throwing her into a fire tomorrow...i guess that is symbolic for the fact that most girls i sleep with suffer from a burning sensation afterward

That one is definitely one of the highlights of SCP.

I need to go through the ones I haven't read yet.
What's the other series that is similar to it. The ones that start "In any city, in any town. Go to the nearest mental hospital you can find"
Can't remember it for the life of me. Something about keys and keepers.

Most fun I've ever had reading through SCP was the first time I went through the unkillable lizard kill-attempts. SCP-682, I think.

there is something spectacularly unnerving about calliope music.
When asked about why she wasn't going to her best friend's house she told her mom that there was police drama there because they found some bones and a necklace on the property. She said she didn't know what it was all about but that the house was off limits to outsiders while the police investigated. She said she didn't ask for details and didn't really know what is going on.
There has been nothing in the local media about it yet but I'm pretty freaked out.
Oh yeah, paranormal stuff, where to begin.
One time I reunited with an old friend from the neighborhood where I grew up. She was the neice of a friend of mine who had died a few years before. I had let him down before his death so I had some guilt leftover.
She was beginning to study some of the occult things i know a thing or two about. I helped her make some ritual candles and real basic white magic stuff. I could tell her friends and boyfriend were into satanic or black magic so I wanted to teach her how to protect herself from their influences and I was trying to tell her to avoid them altogether.
Her boyfriend saw me as a rival for her affections and freaked out. He threw my own pentacle at me like a discus. It flew like twenty yards straight at me. Something in me just knew it wouldn't hit me so I made an effort not to take cover or even to flinch. It came right at me until it was five feet away and then it curved away at a sharp angle, like magic. Heh. The look on his face said he saw it curve away in what I'd describe as an unnatural way.
Then he started waving a knife at me. He started chopping a railing with it and it broke apart in his hand. I was honestly afraid he was going to throw it at me but I knew better than to show him any fear. I was pretty scared though. I tried to plant and reinforce the suggestion that I was protected from him and that he shouldn't try to hurt me. I was very worried for my own safety at this point however.
Well it was a scene and the neighbors called the cops. He was wanted in mexico (probably child support, but who knows) and probably a few other places so he took off. Later that night he climbed up the balconies and came in through a sliding glass patio door while everyone there was sleeping. He put a lit ritual candle under a couch where a three year old boy and a babysitter were sleeping and then he fled.
Me and the mother pulled up to the apartment building to see flames shooting out the patio door. We had to run in the building and up to the apartment. I've never moved so fast. I ran out of my shoes. I plowed into garbage cans to stop myself so I could turn corners faster. We got to her door and black smoke was pouring through the door cracks and even the drywall trim. You could see bright orange light 'inside' reflecting off the smoke and hidden in the smoke.
It was pretty hellish but we were fumbling with the keys ready to go inside to get her kids and the babysitter. It was at the very last moment that the babysitter showed up in the hallway and said he had gotten the kids out. We helped alert the other people living in the building and then got out. Spent all night talking to the cops and firemen.
They caught the guy, he confessed, and he only got ten years in a plea bargain. He has connections (satanic) and money so we were lucky he got that even though he is an illegal alien and the building he set on fire is a six story apartment building.
Well anyway he continued to threaten her and me from jail and sent some people to talk to us. Finally i had enough and got really protective (and scared). I cursed that mother fucker three ways from tuesday and even used what i consider black magic. The very next day we heard he tried to commit suicide in his cell. He mashed his head against the walls pretty good but still lived.
He swore he would see me when he got out but it has been over ten years now and I still have not heard back from him. I hope he learned his lesson. I'm pretty much determined to kill him on sight if our paths ever cross again. He won't get another chance to hide behind the law and his family if he comes anywhere near me. I'll take my chances with a jury before I take them with a nutcase like him.
I really think I had spiritual protection during this whole thing but the fact that i fell back on harmful and hateful curses and honestly tried to destroy him with every thing I'd ever learned ruined me interests and pursuit of these kinds of leaning. I'm only now slowly getting back into practice and am very careful to avoid 'bad' people.
What's He Building? is one of my favourite things in the world.
Also SCP-173 is just a Doctor Who bad guy. I am so disappointed.
I've always found this unsettling, personally.
The last passage, with 'the third who walks always beside you' was inspired by Shackleton's experience in Antarctica.
Some people apparently think this is a 'guardian angel' but basically it sounds like a horrifying portent of impending death, stalking you as you travel.
"Sandra has a good solid anti-murderer vibe. My skin felt very secure and sufficiently attached to my body when I met her. Also my organs." HAIL SATAN
