I couldn't find a video of the actual yahoo mail commercial but in most markets it is the commercial that plays before this episode of Gilmore Girls on the WB website.

It's a ska sort've song and the only lyrics I can remember from the song is "hey! hey! hey!" which is unfortunately a lyric in many ska songs...
any help would be super awesome.

Some bands won't sell the rights to a song for use in a commercial, so the advertising agency will contract out a "sounds-basically-like" copy of the song. If you compare the two closely, they're not exactly the same.
