Alrighty, so the game was gifted to me by my Brother in law for no apparent reason. He was bored and taking advantage of the HUGE ASS Steam sale during the summer.
So he sent me Penny Arcade's On the Rain-Slick, Precipice of Darkness Ep. One as a gift.
So I start it, get through character creation and the beginning cinematic. Then, when it gets to the guy talking about your perfect life, then complaining about the lawn. It goes all haywire, and the graphics get all sivjairjfaiefbnvg48h5bjdn <- Literally. It basically makes me feel like I'm stoned, which I'm not. It's that bad. You can see the character just fine, but everything else. Is like, raped.
What to do?

HP Pavilion a650y
w/
Intel Pentium 4 Dual-Core
Windows XP
ATI Radeon 9600/9550/x1050 Series
AND 2.46gb of Ram.
I believe I can fit the requirements.
