My dad loves the stuff, but lately nothing available at the local super market does the trick. Starbucks used to be awesome but they changed the recipe and still for some odd reason make it tough to get with any regularity. I want to find some ice cream made with really strong coffee flavor, any suggestions? I honestly don't really have any idea where to look.

Depending on your budget, you could just buy an ice cream maker and make your own. They're not too expensive and you can make ice cream out of pretty much anything. It's really easy to do, as well.
You don't even need a food processor, you just need to take the partially frozen icecream out of the freezer and beat it lots to destroy any large ice crystals. You would need to do it several times, putting it back into the freezer between beatings.

If you don't want to make your own, I can't recommend Haagen-Daaz coffee highly enough. It's my go-to coffee ice cream. But they may not carry it near you either.
Find an italian import store. They will probably have coffee gelato. Because they don't use as much sugar in gelatos as other ice creams, it will often have a stronger coffee flavor.
